OUR JOURNEY THROUGH INDIA
What You Can Expect
DAY 1 & 2: DELHI
Day 1 in Delhi is designed for us to settle in. Arrive anytime in the afternoon. We'll gather for a welcome circle and dinner before resting for the the night.
On Day 2, we will head off into Delhi for a tour of the city, followed by a delicious, several course, traditional Indian lunch. Every year after this lunch most people are not hungry, so dinner will be optional!

DAY 3 & 4: AGRA
Day 3 is a big travel day. We will hit the road after yoga and head to Agra, where we will arrive just in time for a sunset yoga practice on the rooftop of our homestay and a delicious Indian dinner. In the morning, we'll do a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal! It will be another big travel day to Jaipur today.

DAY 5: JAIPUR
The highlight of everyones trip in 2024 was supporting a local NGO of female drivers with their Pink Ladies Rickshaw tour. We will do this in the morning in Jaipur and the rest of the day will be at your leisure, for swimming, yoga, or shopping!

DAY 6: JAIPUR
On our second day in Jaipur, an option to visit the Amber fort. Amber Fort is a majestic sandstone and marble palace that looks like something out of a fairytale. Built in the late 16th century by Raja Man Singh I, it was once the stronghold of the Kachhwaha Rajput rulers and remains one of India’s most awe-inspiring forts. After that, you can visit the Hawa Mahal. It’s located in the Pink City area of Jaipur — the historic old city known for its terracotta-pink buildings. Hawa Mahal is right on a busy street and is one of the most iconic Instagram photo spots in Jaipur.

DAY 7: TRAVEL
This day will be another big travel day. We will get up early and catch a 7am flight from Jaipur to Goa to arrive for ready to hit the beach!

DAY 8-11: GOA
After so much movement, for the final few days of our retreat we will soften into stillness. We will be staying at a beautiful beach resort in a quiet pocket of Goa. Eat delicious food, swim on the beach, and walk freely and safely to cafes and shops in our area. This is the place for massages, facials, and aryuvedic treatments. Alex will also meet each one of you for a one-on-one during this time, to discuss how to integrate retreat takeaways into your life going forward! We will also be in Goa for the Holi Festival on March 4th and get to participate in some of the rituals.

Our Accommodation

The Manor Hotel in Delhi
The Manor is a four star, family run hotel in a gated community. It is our most luxurious accommodation, but the perfect place to land and unwind before the trip commences. This will be my third time staying at the Manor.

Coral House Homestay in Agra
The Coral House Homestay is a beautiful, family run homestay with a lovely garden. The winning aspect of this homestay is that it is walking distance to the Taj Mahal, and we will be able to see it from the rooftop where we will do rooftop yoga at sunset one night. The family will also prepare for us a traditional Indian dinner and we will get henna tattoos.

Umaid Bhawan Hotel
The Umaid Bhawan was a new hotel destination for us in 2024 as a retreat group and we LOVED IT! It's authentic Indian. Just imagine that you're staying in a historic Indian castle...and that is this hotel! Last year they even had rooftop dancing...incredible!

The Mandrem Beach Resort
This resort was a new destination for us in 2024, and we loved it as well. It's right on the beach and walking distance to local shops and cafes. It was the perfect place to unwind. We will practice yoga on their lawn outside.
Why India?
India is the birthplace of yoga, and this trip in 2026 will be my fourth visit to India. Each time I go, I have a profound spiritual experience.
This retreat is the most popular retreat I have ever offered, and sold out in 2024. I decided to reduce the group size from 15 participants to 10 participants in 2025, to make it a smaller and more intimate experience. Join us in India and transform your life.

Meet Our Team
This is the third annual Sober Women's Yoga Adventure to India. We've been evolving and tweaking this program since we began in 2023, and we think the third time is the charm. Meet the team behind this retreat.
